Fisadco is extremely versatile in the manufacture of turned parts, having invested heavily in recent years and possessing machinery ranging from manual and “manual plus,” CNC chuckers/bar turning to full multi axis Turning Centres along with a vertical turning lathe capacity.
- Conventional Lathe – 530mm diameter x 3500mm long
- Manual Plus – 425mm diameter x 2000mm long
- CNC chucking/bar – 554mm diameter x 3000mm long
- CNC turning centres, incorporating bar feed, driven tools, probing and tool monitoring
- Chuck – 290mm diameter x 540mm long
- Bar – 65mm x 540mm long - VTL capacity – 920mm diameter x 485mm height/component width
